French Language Course – A1 (Beginners)

Teacher: course will be taught by a French native speaker teacher (fluent in English): Olivier Rousseau

Content of Courses:  to start with A1 (beginners) and to proceed to next levels – A2 and B1

Fees: 350 GEL per months and in total 1750 GEL (for 5 months). Fees can be paid monthly, i.e. 350 GEL per month (through bank transfer)

Course Length: five (5) months = 42 lectures/sessions (2 sessions per week, each session – 1 hour).

• Start dates: 3 and 4 February (Group A, B or C respectively), 2025
• End dates: 26 and 27 June (Group A, B or C respectively), 2025
• Lecture days (the following possible options):

Mondays 11.30 – 12.30 and Thursdays 15.00 – 16.00 (Group A)

Tuesdays 11.30 – 12.30 and Thursdays 11.30 – 12.30 (Group B)

Tuesdays 15.00 – 16.00 and Fridays 11.30 – 12.30 (Group C)

• Lecture duration: 1 hour
• Lectures per week: 2 (2 hours)
• Total number of lectures: 42 (42 hours)
• Maximum Number of students: 20 per group

Note: it is also an option, to pay 100 GEL after registration in order to enrol in a group and then to proceed to monthly payments (in such case 100 GEL will be deducted from the overall fee of 1750 GEL for 5 months).

Course Format: HyFlex (Hybrid-Frexible). HyFlex teaching combines face-to-face and online learning. Each lecture of the course is offered in-person, synchronously online via Zoom, and asynchronously online (through video recordings) i.e. for students who may not be able to connect to Zoom on a given day

Course Prerequisite: 

Some basic knowledge of the English language is an advantage, however not an absolute prerequisite.
